1. Core Architecture: In-Browser Processing First
Toolora operates under a fundamental sovereign architecture. The overwhelming majority of our free online utilities (including image manipulation, format transcoding, text transformation, and code formatting) execute entirely on your local machine within your web browser using HTML5 Canvas, WebAssembly, and local JavaScript scripts. Under this operational mode, your files never leave your device and are never transmitted across the network to our servers.
2. Temporary Server Storage & Authoritative 10-Minute Purge
When a specific tool operation requires server-side processing, files are uploaded directly into an ephemeral directory quarantined under an unguessable cryptographic token.
Authoritative 10-Minute Expiration: All uploaded files, intermediate transformations, and output downloads are retained for a maximum duration of ten (10) minutes from creation. Following this 10-minute time-to-live (TTL), our automated disk cleanup engine permanently and irrecoverably deletes the files and associated metadata from our storage disk.
Users may also immediately purge their uploaded and generated files by clicking the "Delete Now" button within the tool workspace.
3. Zero Third-Party Processing APIs
We maintain a strict zero-third-party processing policy. We do not transmit your documents, images, code, or personal data to external APIs such as Cloudinary, ConvertAPI, OpenAI, TinyPNG, or any foreign AI models. All operations are powered by standalone open-source libraries hosted locally on our infrastructure or compiled into your browser.
4. Monetization & Monetag Advertising Disclosure
Toolora is 100% free to all visitors. We do not offer premium subscriptions, sell user files, or charge for conversions. Our operations and hosting costs are financed via digital advertising provided through Monetag.
Monetag and its advertising partners may use standard web technologies such as cookies or device identifiers to serve relevant advertisements. You can manage your browser cookie preferences at any time. We strictly mandate that advertising elements never cover download controls or mimic tool buttons.
5. No User Registration Required
Visitors are never required to create an account, register an email address, or provide personal credentials to use any of our published utilities.
